When will my order ship?
Orders are processed on Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 1pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 1 pm EST will begin processing the same business day and will ship within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue promptly and work towards a resolution. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement item or a suitable alternative. Our priority is to ensure you receive your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please contact support@sabstudio.co.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed. Please email us as quickly as possible at support@sabstudio.co with your order number and we will do our best to make it happen.
If you wish to change your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible and if the package hasn’t shipped yet, we will be happy to modify your order. If your order has already shipped, please have it returned to us through this link. You can select which item you’d like to exchange it for. After we have received the original item, we will then ship your new order.
