We hope you will be delighted with your pieces, but if not and you wish to make a return or exchange, please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition, products have their attached tags and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 30 days from the day after your order was delivered. Once we receive your return back to our warehouse, your return or exchange will then be initiated.

You can access our returns and exchanges portal here. To do so, please have your order number and zip code handy. Please note that all international returns and exchanges are responsible for purchasing their own label.

U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We strive to offer beautifully crafted pieces that you’ll enjoy wearing for many years to come. In the off chance that your item(s) did not work out this time, we accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date in original condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. Please note, a $12 handling fee will be deducted from your return amount. sâb studio gift cards are non-refundable. For a refund of the item(s), less any shipping costs, returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturers tags attached. Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. In addition, any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Only items purchased from www.sabstudio.co will be accepted for return.

U.S. SALE PURCHASES POLICY

Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to the sale items. sâb studio does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order. U.S. EXCHANGES POLICY

We are pleased to offer EXCHANGES on full priced purchases depending on availability.
We accept exchanges on full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date in original condition and with tags attached. Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned. Only items purchased from www.sabstudio.co will be accepted for exchange. Any remaining balance refund from an exchange order will be issued to the original form of payment. In addition, any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original
purchaser. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale and ineligible for exchange.
